The job goes to
whoever prices
it first

Quote off your phone in the driveway, not on Sunday night in Word. Then QuoteBloke follows the job all the way through — accepted, done, invoiced, paid — and tells you what you actually made on it.

3 quotes a month free, forever. Jobs, clients, invoices, spend and margins are free too — see what Pro actually is.

The whole job, not just the quote

One thread from price to profit

Most quoting apps stop at “sent”. That is the easy half — and it is the half that tells you nothing about whether the work was worth doing.

Two other quotes

Whoever gets back to him first is in front

Tap any step to see that bit again.

Built for gloves

Nothing you tap is under 44px. No pinch-zooming to add a line item while standing in a driveway.

Readable in the sun

Hard contrast, ink borders, big tabular figures. Designed like signage, not like a dashboard.

Plain words

"Won this month", not "accepted quote value MTD". If a screen needs a glossary, it is wrong.

How your business is modelled

Six records, one thread

Pick a record to see what it holds, how it is stored, when it changes and what it is connected to. Connected records light up alongside it. Figures shown are the demo book of work, not a usage claim.

Life of the record

  • In progress

Stored

The job is the spine. It holds no money of its own — it holds references to everything that earned or cost, so the figure you see is always the sum of records you can open and check.

Updated

Recalculated whenever a bill, expense or invoice attached to it changes. The margin card labels itself an estimate and states what it leaves out: your own hours, and supplier bills not yet entered.

Connected to

Money owed to suppliers is shown beside the margin rather than inside it, so a job never looks more profitable than it has been paid for.

Not mock-ups

What you'll actually be looking at

Real screens from the running build: what needs you today, a finished job with its money worked out, and the quote list.

The QuoteBloke home screen: money won this month, and a "Needs you" list of an overdue invoice, an unpaid invoice, two quotes gone quiet and a supplier bill past due

What needs you today

Overdue money first, then quotes gone quiet and bills past due — in the order worth dealing with them.

A finished job in QuoteBloke showing an estimated gross margin of $532.40, an after-paying-yourself margin of $172.40 from three hours logged, and a note that its labour came in $45 under what was quoted

One job, whole story

Quotes, invoices, bills and your own hours — and what is left after all of it.

The QuoteBloke quote list: an eight-week bar chart of quotes sent and won, filter cells for all, out, won and lost, and the quotes themselves underneath

Every quote, at a glance

Draft, out, won, lost — and whether the quoting has quietly stopped.

The same thread, with numbers on it

The line in the sand

It is not your bookkeeping

QuoteBloke tracks what a job cost and what it earned, so the next one gets priced properly. BAS, GST returns and tax stay with Xero or your accountant. That boundary is deliberate — it is what keeps this fast enough to use one-handed on site.

Does
Quotes, jobs, clients, invoices, supplier bills, expenses, per-job margin, follow-ups.
Won't
BAS lodgement, payroll, a chart of accounts, bank feeds, anything that needs an accountant to explain.
Honest
The margin card says it is an estimate, and shows what it leaves out — including money you still owe suppliers.

Why trust it

What you can check yourself

No testimonials, because there is nobody to quote yet and we are not making them up. Here is what stands in for them.

Built here, priced here

GST at 10%, ABN on every document, DD/MM/YYYY, AUD. Australian compliance from the first line of code, not localisation bolted on later.

Your data comes back out

Quotes and invoices export to CSV whenever you want, and you can delete the account outright from settings. No phone call, no retention script.

The maths admits what it is

The margin on a job calls itself an estimate and names what it excludes — your own hours, and supplier bills you have not entered yet.

The paywall is four things

Everything that runs the business — jobs, clients, invoices, spend, margins, every design — is on the free plan. The list below is the whole list.

Before you ask

Fair questions

Do I need to be any good with computers?

If you can send a text you can send a quote. Most of it is tapping through a form. There is nothing to install on a computer — it runs in your phone browser or the Android app.

What happens after my three free quotes?

Nothing disappears. You keep every quote, job, client and invoice you have already made, and everything except sending new quotes keeps working. Go Pro when the maths makes sense — three won jobs pays for a year.

Is this an accounting package?

No, and deliberately. It tracks what a job cost and what it earned so you can price the next one properly. For BAS, GST returns and tax, send it to your accountant or to Xero — that is their job, not ours.

Where does my data live?

On Australian servers, in your account only. Your logo and PDFs sit in private storage, and the links you send clients expire. Delete your account whenever you like and it goes.
